This chapter covers general configuration, language, personal information, header menu, navigation, and design options.
10.1 General Configuration
General Configuration Items
General configuration items are system-wide settings, mainly including:
- Portal search address configuration
- Personal settings page-related configurations
- System default address configuration
- Intranet address configuration
- System switch configurations

10.2 Language configuration
Here you can view the system-supported multilingual options, the system's official language, and set language priority system configurations.
10.3 Personal information configuration
- Here you can control whether the floating window toggle is displayed in user personal settings; when configured as disabled, the floating window function toggle will not appear in the user-side personal settings > portal configuration, meaning users cannot enable the floating window function.
- Enable the default portal switch. Users can set a designated portal as the default in the portal dropdown list. User settings take precedence over the default visitor portal set by the administrator. When disabled, the default visitor portal will be restored.
10.4 Header Personal Menu
Here you can configure the content displayed in the personal menu dropdown. Hidden items will not appear in the dropdown, and you can also customize quick access entries. Tip: This configuration applies to all users.
10.5 PC Personal Navigation
Here you can configure the content of the left navigation in the PC personal settings page, including hiding or displaying system-built navigation and custom navigation. System Configuration. View the effect on the user-side personal settings page.
10.6 Mobile Personal Navigation
Here you can configure the mobile personal settings page, hiding or displaying system-built navigation and custom navigation. View the effect on the user-side personal settings page.
10.7 One-Click Gray Design
Here you can configure the system-wide one-click gray design feature. On national memorial days or special occasions, the design can automatically turn gray on specified dates. You can set this feature to take effect all day or during specific periods within a day.
